Wheeler Heights Public School acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land on which our school is situated, the Gai-maraigal (also known as Gayamaygal) and the Garigal clans, whose cultures and customs have nurtured, and continue to nurture, this land, since the creation. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and future.
Students right across the school have been learning about Reconciliation Week, what it means and how reconciliation affects us all. They have been researching and celebrating Aboriginal culture in many and varied ways.
