How do I add additional boxes (e.g. a PSSA or CAPA group)?
Answer: Go to buzz.flexischools.com.au/login via a computer or mobile browser and log in using your Flexischools login. You will see Wheeler Heights and "View Newsfeed", click on "View Newsfeed" and you will see a little stack of three lines and dots towards the top right of the screen, click there, then you will see all the available boxes which can be selected or removed. Once these steps are complete, the relevant notifications will be delivered.
Kindergarten and New Parents to the app
Once you have loaded the app, the first tile you will see is ‘Our Place’. This has nothing to do with the school. The second tile you should see is ‘News’. From this tile, click on the ‘More’ button. The notifications will be listed, the absence form is also accessed from this screen. If the ‘news’ tile does not appear, please log out and in, it will then open.
